Politician up drive to bottom of hill then sprint to top of hill.

Bear Crawl down parking line, Merkin, side bear crawl to next line, Merkin, crawl bear up line, Merkin, rinse & repeat until all lines are crawled.

Tammy Wynette Merkin/Squat x 10x10 (partner up. One partner does 10 Merkins while other partner does 10 squats at the pace of partner doing Merkins. Switch positions. 10 Rounds)


With Q’s chest gassed at this point back up the hill for more punishment.


Sprint up drive, politician up hill back to the lines.

Burpee at start of line, bear crawl up line and across to next line, burpee, switch to crab walk down the line and across, burpee. Alternate between bear craw and crab walk until lines complete.

With 15 minutes left on the clock, thanks to sanctions for playing timekeeper, it was time for some 11s. LBCs at one side, mode of transportation to other side, Burpee Broad Jump, J-Lo’s at other side.


Amongst the pain and anguish there was some insightful MC on the local soccer camp scene. Stay away from Centennial High School, WCSA is ‘meh’, Lipscomb University is Gold Standard.


With a few minutes to spare we moseyed over to a nice patch of grass.

8 count IC exercise x 10 - start in high plank position, shoulder taps (1,2), down to low plank(3,4), plank jack (5,6), back up to high plank (7,8)


With time expiring we moseyed back to starting point for COT and announcements.

No announcements. Hot N Ready’s M has a fractured sacrum and is at home recovering. 8-12 week recovery. M is in pretty serious pin and discomfort.


It was a great morning getting out there with a group of men pushing each other to get better.
