A moment of silence while each PAX completed 25 Spicoli's in honor of our F3 brother Spicoli who recently passed away.

Partners alternate politicians to the end of the garage and run back.


Stay with your partner for Bridge Over the Nest (modified for the parking garage)

Partner 1 bear crawls-partner 2 completes 5 merkins and 5 squats then runs to partner 1 and they switch until reaching the end of the garage. Complete on levels 2, 3, 4, and up top since it's so nice outside.


Bear Crawl down each flight of stairs stopping at each level down for 10 Spicoli's


Run back up the stairs to the top level, again, because it's so nice out today.


11's with burpees and squats-run in between. It was great to see the PAX here supporting one another and picking up the six. Well done gents.

-Remember Spicoli's family in our thoughts and prayers. Look for funeral arrangements on Slack.

-The 2022 Leadership Team is near completion. Look for the announcement next week on Slack. Excited for the team that Tuna has put together.

-Two takeaways for me today. 1. No matter what Noble Virus says, it's damn near impossible to crab walk with your ruck on your chest. Shoota nearly choked himself. 2. Despite unfavorable conditions and the fact that many of us had been up since 3:00 or 4:00 AM with the weather, you men still posted and crushed it today.

Three things to try and do everyday:

  1. Simply Breathe (life gets busy)

  2. Be aware of God's love all around you (it's always there)

  3. Practice Gratitude (we all have much to be thankful for and should seek ways to express this).

It was great to see 10 PAX show up on a dark, rainy day to a parking garage. Every one of you posted because you knew there would be another man there waiting in the gloom. Your commitment to F3 and desire to make one another better is astounding and I am honored to be a part of this fine group.
