Do it again, but in reverse - crawl-bear, merkins at each, 10, 15, 20 , 25
Mosey to the football field, line up on the 0 yard line -Suicides - sprint / politician to the 20, 40 , 80, 100 (fence) yard lines - stop at each and exercise...
- 20 burpees
- 40 big boys
- 80 merkins
- 100 squats - Rinse and repeat (do it again!)
Mosey to the COT....wait "down!", 5 more burpees (souls crushed)....alright almost to the COT...."down!", 5 more burpees!
