Warm-up

  • Good mornings

  • Baby arm circles / back

  • Willy Maze

  • Runners pose

  • 10 burpees


The Thang


  • Mosey around the ballpark fields, 5 burpees on each "down" (quite a few of them)

  • Head to the parking lot, line up, bear-crawl to four way-points, merkins at each, 10, 15, 20 , 25 

    • Do it again, but in reverse - crawl-bear, merkins at each, 10, 15, 20 , 25

    • Mosey to the football field, line up on the 0 yard line -Suicides - sprint / politician to the 20, 40 , 80, 100 (fence) yard lines - stop at each and exercise...

- 20 burpees

- 40 big boys

- 80 merkins

- 100 squats - Rinse and repeat (do it again!)

  • Mosey to the COT....wait "down!", 5 more burpees (souls crushed)....alright almost to the COT...."down!", 5 more burpees!

  • COT - announcements (you guys are awesome, push yourselves and EH, men need F3!), FNG (welcome Jorts!)...
