Wednesday Blahs


Gloom continues to get gloomier. Temp was pleasant. Not too humid.


Five show up to say we did. None of these dudes are sleeping in


The Pax: Bigbang, Torch, Hot N Ready, Reboot, Sanctions(QIC)


Warmorama: mosey, circle up for SSH, BAC, 10 DC merkins. NO GMs today sorry guys


The Thang: circuit training AMRAP squats with 80 lb sandbag, AMRAP shoulder to shoulder w/ 40lb SB, 15 pull-ups, AMRAP BBSU, run a lap and finish with bear crawl. Pax rotate when runner gets back


After 3 rounds we rotated in cinder block farmer carry, AMRAP American get-ups with 60 lb bag, AMRAP American Hammer, kept pullups and run

plankorama: plank x 30 count, low plank x 30 count, plank shoulder touches, plank knee touches, hold plank


on sixes for toes to sky oyo


back to plank for J-lo’s

Ball of man was completed on 3rd attempt
