I am thankful for the chance to lead this morning on a few levels. It is is always and honor to lead you men but I am also in major need of some normalcy to my days which means a F3 workout being a part of it. I also need the push to get myself out of bed as it is too easy to not feel obligated to get up thanks to the crazy schedule we are all living thee days. I tend to crave sweets, carbs and beer when times are stressful. So Lord knows that is where I have been as my whole family is off kilter.
I was pleased to see some old faces return (Poodle and Rice-a-Roni!) and was stoked to see a strong turnout for a Virtual Workout.

PS: If you have not yet given into the glory that is Tiger King on Netflix, I highly recommend you watch the series. It is a wild ride and both comical and heartbreaking. It was a good diversion for my Wife and I the last week.
