PAX - the Hackface, Waterboy, Shoota, Import, Chunks, Cornholio
YHC came in hot this morning, but was committed to provide a beatdown that didn't include a wall of Jericho... It also rained heavily prior to the THANG but skies dried up and everything else was quite wet. Very warm... eerily quiet but maybe I'm just paranoid.
Fortunately Shoota locked his keys in his car to buy me a little time... I appreciate it.
Shovel flag planted, circle up, disclaimer... keep your distance... 7 total ready to rock... lets go.

The magnificent 7 did not disappoint this morning. I am always humbled to lead you men. We are a free men's workout group for the invigoration of male leadership in our communities. Our communities are quiet. There are needs. It is time to step up and be available and I see that happening throughout our group. Reach out to your elderly neighbors, enjoy your families and be that rock. Remember the needs of Nashville and the Tornado. Also take this down time as a reminder and appreciation of the little things. There are amazing little blessings in all of your lives. Do not miss them. Be grateful for the grace that you have been given. There is a lot of uncertainty right now but do not worry. Communicate and be prepared as best you can. YHC confessed to being numb to the media over the years... I am taking this seriously and our family is in day 6 of social distancing and figuring out the new normal with school closures, distance learning, market uncertainty... but also enjoying the stillness of working on puzzles and other little blessings that are right in front of us. As a father, I will be calm and spread joy in my family. I encourage you to be a light in your circle of influence.
Our workouts are open and completely voluntary. Do not judge one another on their personal beliefs to post or not. I just ask that we are responsible everywhere we go while not at home and practicing safe distances. We should extend depth and variety for all of our PAX and we will have more options soon. I encourage all of you to remain active through this. Mental health is important. Please stay present and lean on the PAX. Iron Sharpens Iron
