Thang: YHC adds that every time I yell down during the workout we are doing 3 hand release burpees. In fact, lets practice our form...
Start off with a burpee apocalypse, but with hand release burpees.
10, 9, 8, 7....down to 2, 1.
What goes down must go up...1, 2, 3....back up to 10.
Added a "Down" in there as well.....113 hand release burpees to get you warmed up!
I think we got it...lets mosey over to the bus lot
Line up on the line....I think I yelled down a few times by now.
I promised a new exercise and it was time to deliver.
Sideways alligator merkin crawl type thing...rumor going around we're calling them "Wilsons" since that is what we call all new exercises going forward. Anyhow, face the trees and get in high plank. Right arm and right leg move right and perform one werkin, left arm and left leg move right and perform one merkin, over and over and over until you get to the halfway point. Duck Walk Back to the starting line.
Burpee broad jump to halfway point...bear crawl back
Now rotate...face the school and perform the "Wilsons" again moving to your left. Gorilla (Canary) Walk back to the starting line. Various forms of LBCs, Squats, Al Gores were done while waiting for the 6.
A few more downs were mixed in to ensure everyone was keeping the cardio up.
Circle Up....proved to be a big circle.
Thang 2:
Laney Lou style burpees. Each PAX performs 5 burpees while the other pax performed an exercise of YHCs choosing. Squats, jump tucks, jump lunges, squats, etc were performed. Also, a few downs were thrown in along the way.
Lets do it again....this time with more ab exercises while the pax do 5 burpees. low plank, JLos, LBCS and Big Boys. Also, a few more downs.....including an all you could eat buffet of hand release burpees while the last 4 pax completed their regular burpees.

Its a Shoota Q....so the Captain Thors begin with an announcement that we will finish in the post party. 1 Big Boy:4 American Hammers. Keep the ratio all the way through. Got to 6:24 and had to call it, out of time.
CoT and Moleskin: YHC asked for positive events in the pax lives. With all the negativity surrounding COVID-19 and recent societal events there is enough negativity surrounding us. PAX shared a few positives and we hit a knee......BUT
Then it all fell apart!
Post Party:
Wow.....just when you think you get through at F3 Franklin workout peacefully it hits the fan! I won't recap the MC but there were two moments of importance:
1) Shocker made an official ruling that for the 2nd time in as many months....we officially crossed the line! Who is that calling....oh it's the Pearre Creek Principal huh? Atleast she said, "y'all look like you're having fun" when replying to Delorean's discussion on chicken farming.
2) Hope he got the digits because he forgot his bike!
Love you guys....you make me better and I am grateful. What we have here is special and something that not many men in this world have. Be grateful and give thanks. Let's lift each other up.
