Thang

  • Mosey to the baseball field

    • Form two lines

    • First two men sprint around the bases while the rest of the Pax do hand-release merkins

    • Continue rotation until all Pax have sprinted

  • Mosey to the parking lot

    • Form a line, bear-craw to the center of the lot, 10 hand-release merkins, continue bear-crawl to the end of the lot, 10 hand-release merkins, bear-crawl return to the center of the lot, 10 hand-release merkins, bear-crawl return to the start point, 10 hand-release merkins

  • Mosey to the practice football field

    • Lunge for about 25 yards, then drop and do 20 hand-release merkins

    • Lunge for about 25 yards, then drop and do 40 hand-release merkins

    • Lunge for about 25 yards, then drop and do 60 hand-release merkins

  • Mosey from the field on the trail to the circle track at the back of the park, while moseying drop and complete 3 hand-release burpees when the Q says “down”, we did that about 10ish times on our journey.

    • At the track, we partnered-up, while one partner was sprinting the track, the other started on their combined 40 hand-release merkins. Then they switched.

  • Mosey to the COT while completing 3 hand-release burpees when the Q says “down”, we did that about 2ish times on our journey back.
