Let's mosey to the tennis courts
The Thang:
Partner Up for some wheel barrow activities! Wheel barrow courts 1 and 2, stop, everyone for 20 burpees, switch off and wheel barrow courts 3 and 4, stop, all, for 40 merkins. Switch off and back at it across courts 4 and 3, stop again for 60 leg lifts. Switch off and continue across courts 2 and 1, stop for a final 80 squats.
Stay with your partner for suicide runs. One PAX help a plank while his partner ran suicides on the single lines on all 4 courts for a total of 8 lines. Switch off and the planker runs while his partner catches his breath while holding a plank.
Anyone for some Black Jack? Everyone spread out.....the objective is for your merkins and LBC's to equal 21. Begin with 1 merkin at court 4, run to court 1 and rock out 20 LBC's. Continue running courts 4-1 and alternating exercises until you finish with 20 merkins and 1 LBC.
Tennis Scoring 101:

Finish the morning with 15 SAM's.

Moleskin:
A fun workout as we anticipate the arrival of spring. Despite the current events and concerns, our PAX came out ready to work. The chatter was great and it was as it always is my pleasure to lead you fine men.
