The THANG:

(5min) Run around the school at moderate pace


Circle up and prepare for partner obstacle course competition. Count off by 2 and partner up – 8 teams of 2. Pax follow Q around the course for explanations at each station.


Stations include:

Station 1/Start = 25x merkins

Station 2 = bear crawl

Station 3 = 5x pull ups

Station 4 = 5x burpees

Station 5 = 25x dips

Station 6 = partner wheel barrow relay


First race – top 3 teams in each of the 2 heats earn trip to championship

Second race/championship – 6 teams compete for bragging rights and Starbucks gift card

Each race lasts ~10min

Remaining 5min – 75x 4ct flutter kicks, burpee apocalypse (starting at 5)


Moleskin:

75 years ago yesterday (June 6) >150,000 allied troops stormed the beaches of northern France in what is widely considered the most pivotal battle in the course of human history. Nearly 5,000 men paid the ultimate sacrifice for the sake of freedom. May we never forget their selfless acts of courage and valor.
