Long mosey out of launch out to Eliot, left on walking path, onto Jewell, back into bus lot and to the playground basketball court. Maybe like .5 to .6 mile...not much.

After completing the 6 rounds of the 6 reps each of the 4 exercises...long mosey (path mentioned above) and end up back on basketball court.

1. Strong work out there gents, very strong.
2. I jest about ONLY 16...still great numbers. 6 months ago we had 8-10 on a consistent basis. We should be giving F3 away...as Gig'em mentions...if we have been blessed by F3...we should bless others.
3. F3 Dads...this sunday...3pm Pinkerton Park (Armada)...be there if you can.
4. F3 Dads campout...next saturday 10/5...hit up Slack for deets
5. These workouts are tough...do NOT think you are falling behind or cant do it. Just keep putting in the work. Stretch yourself. The workouts wont get easier...you just get stronger.
