The Thang: Rounds for Time

Record individual times to measure your performance

  • Round 1

    • Run 1/2 around track to wood chip area

    • 21 burpees, 21 lunges, 21 hand release merkins

    • Repeat at 15 reps

    • Repeat at 9 reps

    • Run 1/2 around track back to start

  • Round 2 - repeat

Mosey back for Mary

  • Bear crawl out, 10 merkins, crawl bear back (x3)

  • Legs out (x2)
