Pre-K VQ - Snowday

Pax: Maytag, HOSER, Shoota, OT, Jingle, Macaroni, Cornholio, Import, Tuna, Wilson, Bartman, Hackface, Chunks, Noble Virus, House Arrest, QIC - Pre-K



Was a wonderful 30-degree morning with snow on the ground. The parking lot had a nice reflection from the lights which showed puddles that Shoota and Hackface would love! Prior to the Pax showing up, OT and Hackface did a nice ruck-pre party! As the Pax started rolling in, snowballs started flying as two groups formed. The fun lasted about 10 mins until we gathered up. Introduction was made and time to mosey.


Warm-o-rama:

After a quick jog (0.4 miles) to another parking lot it was time for Warm-o-rama which consisted of: 20x Arm Circles IC, 25x Side Straddle Hops IC, 15x Merkins IC, Willy Mays Hays OYO, Good Morning OYO.


The Thang:

Time to line up. Pax was provided the first exercise, once across the parking, plank/squats/merkins/whatever they wanted to do till everyone was there.

· 5 Burpees – Jog across parking lot

· 5 Burpees, 10 squats – Bear crawl across parking lot

· 5 Burpees, 10 squats, 15 Merkins – Lung across parking lot

· 5 Burpees, 10 squats, 15 Merkins, 20 LBC’s – Crawl Bear across parking lot

· 5 burpees, 10 squats, 15 Merkins, 20 LBCs, 25 Flutter kicks – Frog jump across parking lot

· 5 burpees, 10 squats, 15 Merkins, 20 LBCs, 25 flutter kicks, 30 Carolina dry dock – jog across parking lot.


Time to mosey, the Pax separated into two lines for an Indian run back to school. Next stop was the playground! Everyone did 10 dips, 10 swerkins, 10 pull ups. That went by way to fast, lets do it 4 more times!! After everyone was done, we went back to our starting point and circled up for 5 mins of Mary. Exercises included: 20x Pamela A, 20x J. Lo’s, 40x side planks, 50x American hammers, and lastly 25x Big boy crunches.


Count-o-rama, name-o-rama, prayer, and we are done!
