It was a little brisk this morning but 13 men came out to get better. There was a pre-party that arrived right at 5:45. I found out later that the pre-ruck no longer includes Ruck Running...so I might just have to go back for that!
Mosey to get warm - long lap including down stairs, up the stairs, crawl bear down stairs and back around to amphitheater stage. Stage was a tad icy so YHC nearly ate it and decided to audible. Circle up around stage for WoR

Mosey to death star
Circle up for Jumping jack burpee apocalypse - 10 jumping jacks (SSHS) and then 10 burpees. Then 9 SSHs and 9 burpees - all the way down to 1.
Mosey around parking garage to level 2 - modified murph time - 10 pullups, 20 deep squats and 30 Big Boy Situps.
Mode of transportation to 3rd floor is crawl bear up two flights of stairs. Once on 3rd floor 10 pullups, 20 deep squats and 30 Big Boys again. Then lets run around and up ramp to 4th floor. 10 more pullups, 20 squats and 30 Big Boys.
Mode of transportation to 4th floor is crawl bear up the 2 flights of stairs again. Complete the 10, 20 and 30 again.
Up to the 5th floor - crawl bear up stairs again - on 5th floor do 10, 20, 30 again. Time running out so need to get back down to 1st floor.
Mode of transportation down to first floor - bear crawl down the stairs until you get there.
Circle up - Captain Thors (1 Situp: 4 American Hammers) keep that ration through 10:40 and we're out.
