Everyone circle-up around a parking lot island. Grab a curb and move around the curb in plank position, 5 merkins at each “drop” announced by the Q. First to the right, then to the left.


Mosey to the practice football field.


20 squats, 40 merkins, 60 overhead claps, 80 squats, 100 merkins – run out to designated spot in the field for each set, returning to starting point via politician.


Mosey back to the baseball field (commence burpees on “down”)
