Not my first rodeo

26 men came out today to get better! Tortoise, Chyna, Nickleback, Lunch LADY, Love Boat, Gig'Em, Hoser, Pollo, DeLorean, Dodger Dog, Scud Row, Dukey, Macaroni, Billie Jean, Rice-A-Roni, 1 Star, Braddock, Butterfly, Shocker, OT, Wilson, Yoda, Lump, Sanctions and The Hack Face.


Pre-party consisted of variations of 10 burpees. We made it through about 8 rounds.


That was the Warm-o-rama and I did give fair warning that you should warm up before we got going, because we have a lot to do and a fixed amount of time to accomplish it all!


Let's start with 10 burpees on the min for 10minutes.


Mosey the long-ish way around to the play ground.

10 pull-ups / 15 Swerkins / 25 Copenhagens (3 rounds)

Let's bump up the numbers by 5 for the last round.


Mosey to the back parking lot

20 Bigboy situps sprint to the other side and to 25 squats (3 rounds)

Changed it up and did 10 Bigboys and 15 squats for the last round.


Mosey back to where we started

What do you know, there is just enough time to to 10 burpees on the min for 10minutes.

Post Party consisted of 10 clap burpees

That brought our burpee count to 290 so I threw in 10 more burpees to make the burpee count and even 300!
