  • 5 - Pull-ups or "A" Pull-Ups™ if needed (assisted pull-ups, buddy supports legs)

  • 10 - Perkins™ (push-ups include alternating hand taps with your buddy)

  • 15 - DeLorean Deep™ Squats (option to gaze into each others eyes is your buddy's decision)

  • 1 Mile Group Run in Neighborhood
