Warm-o-rama: not much, we circled up, gave the disclaimer, then moved quickly around the running path to an open area to begin.


The Thang:

We gathered in a grassy area and commenced continuous movement bear-crawl / rawl-bear style, with a few "breaks" for Merkins. After enough of that we moved to the outdoor "gym" area to start our MURPHish activity.


We broke into 3 groups, and did...


10 rounds of the of pull-ups, big boy sit-ups, and squats. Adding up to...


100 pull-ups

200 sit-ups

300 squats


Then we ran to the parking lot for some suicides. All had planed was suicides until time was done. Turned out being ~14 minutes of suicides of various increments. Lots of MC!


We ended up running ~2.5 miles with the mozey and suicides.
