Thang 1: Muprh (thanks to Clickbait's suggestion)

  • Indian Run over to the workout station around the lap

  • Complete the 100 pull ups, 200 merkins and 300 squats OYO. Most did sets of 10, 20, 30

  • Shoota and maybe two others did 20 dips while waiting on the six.

  • Mozy back to the start (if you stretch your imagination we did two miles)

- Delorean claims five minutes and does 10 burpees on the minute every minute

Moleskin:

8 men showed up for the recovery Murph Monday post Warpath. Good quality MC was had and men got better. We were honored to have the new Nantan post at his first workout with us. We expect he'll be on the road this year to lesser known sites at Battleground and the Rat.
