17 pax on hand for the beatdown issued by YHC this AM at Battleground. 8 pax got started a little early at 0445 with some ruck PT. The ruck PT was awful (Thanks Torch!), and YHC was just hoping to leave some gas in the tank for the Thang!

- Politician up the ramp to 6
- Crawl bear from top of ramp to wall

- Mosey back down the ramp, turn right run the length of parking deck...bear crawl short end, mosey long side back to SP...people's chair for the 6..
Grab some parking lot line...bear crawl out, 10 diamond merks, crawl bear back...then bear crawl out 7 diamond merks crawl bear back , 5 diamond merks, 3 diamond merks, 1 diamond merk.
Mosey down to 1...circle up for some Mary...
- 30 flutter kicks IC, 30 LBCs

1. Grateful for the opportunity lead this group...absolutely in awe of how far we have come.
2. The ruck PT was awfully good this AM...had YHC questioning my ability to keep it up during the Thang...then I would look to my left and right and seeing you guys killing it and it fueled me. Thank you.
3. F3 Christmas party...December 13 at Gig's house. HC on slack so we can get a nearly solid headcount.
4. F3 Spring Hill is doing the SPring Hill Christmas parade on 12/14....if you can go, please do and support. Plus you get to hang with dudes like Pancreas and Kwame and do Trurpees on their 'float'.
