- grab some ledge in the amphitheater.

3 Rounds:

  • Round 1: Merks and squat jumps. 1 merk - 1 Jump, 2 merks - 1 jump, 3 merks - 1 jump,....... 5 merks - 1 jump

  • Round 2: Squats and squat jumps, 1 squat - 1 jump, 2 squats - 1 jump, 3 squats - 1 jump,.......... 5 squats - 1 jump

  • Round 3: Burps and squat jumps: 1 burp - 1 jump, 2 burps - 1 jump,..... 5 burps - 1 jump

Mosie to the Deathstar

(fast footwork: 2 feet each step up to the 6th floor)


- Teams of 3:

two stations on opposite end of the DS, one doing pulls or rebounds and two doing hand release merks. 3rd team member sprinting and relaying to other member.


- crawlbear on the slippery incline to the roof, mosie down, bearcrawl right back up.


- Start of roof top suicides. 1 sets, 2 minute plank, 1 set, 2 minute wall sit and 1 more set and closing in COT.

Peter 5:10, the overall theme. Make you strong firm and steadfast. You will suffer, but Christ will take you and make you strong. That we should make a choice and commit to it, and take our rightful place as confidently as a tree is planted in the ground. Providing the shape and place of rest for our family to live and enjoy life.
