Circle of Blockees
Everyone holding a high plank while each PAX takes turns completing 5 blockees with one of the F3 Block Brothers (a blockee is an irkin on the block followed by an overhead press with the block)
Bears and Blocks (coupons)
25 irkins then get on all fours for a bear crawl, place your coupon on the ground between your knees or feet. Reach between your legs and pull the coupon across the ground past your head. Now, bear crawl forward until the coupon is between your feet again, and keep repeating until you reach the other side of the parking lot, complete 25 derkins and repeat back to the other side.

Begin in the street and work to the top of the hill. Begin with 1 merkin, BC to the next parking line, 2 merkins. Add one merkin at each line until you reach 10 at the top of the hill for a total of 55 merkins. Shoota struggles to keep the MC alive while we bear crawl.
