Date: August 26, 2020 AO: The Jimmy 17 Pax: Noble Virus, Jorts, Shoota, Hoser, Scud Row, Clickbait, Gig'em, Spandex, Bull, House Arrest, Licker, Delorean, Red Tees, The HackFace, Lump, and Dukey (QiC) Arrived a bit early to feel out the course. Is that a break in the humidity I feel?...Nope, still 70+ at 90% RH, I guess we'll plan for a little sweat today. Shoota (without his armadillo friend), The HackFace, and House Arrest were early risers deciding they needed a little extra, and went for a pre-workout run. PAX arrived in time for some advised stretching...we exchange pleasantries, fist bumps, etc...time to circle up for some warm-o-rama... Warm-o-rama: 26x Side Straddle Hops IC, 3x Good Mornings, 10x Small and Big Arm Circles, 10x Back Backs, 3x Walkouts with Vinyasa The Thang: I think we'll start right here. We head north via the baseball field side walk, MOT Alligator Merkins. With the six, we mosey north of the concession stand where Burpee Broadjumps await our arrival to the parking lot. Let's mosey...along the way we find a hill, some choose wisely, while others were not so lucky. It's time for 11's, with Big Boy Sit Ups on the bottom, Politicians up, Diamond Merkins at the top, and Bear Crawls down. We practice our High Plank until the six arrives. Moving on...we arrive at another entrance to the baseball diamonds. Who knew this complex had so many routes? We head east via the baseball field side walk, MOT Lunges. With the six, we continue east of the concession stand where some Crab Walk kept the PAX on the move. Do they serve Merlot at this concession stand? Time to go...we enjoy a relaxing stroll through the park as we arrive at the play set. Unfortunately, there was no play time to be had here as the PAX tackled 3 rounds of 15 Incline Diamond Push ups, 10 Walking Planks, and a superset of 10 Pull Ups + Toes To The Bar. I've heard rumors of a wall, but some of us found our on wall at the play ground. Let's mosey back to the flag for 6 minutes of Mary. On your six for 3x 6" Abs held for 30 sec, 26x Freddie Mercurys, 10x V-ups, and LBCs until the QiC gave up. We Done! Count-o-rama, Name-o-rama, Circle-of-man....pleasantries, fist bumps...exit strategy! Moleskin: Every time I have the opportunity to lead, I'm amazed at the perseverance of the men of F3. Each of you are leaders and shinning examples for your families, your neighbors, and the world in which we live. You make each other better just by showing up, and I'm honored to stand by your side. "Leave No Man Behind, But Leave No Man Where You Found Him". Cheers, Dukey
