Mosey to other side of fields
Pick a parking line. Bear Crawl half way across the parking lot and do 10 merkins, crawl bear back. Rinse and Repeat with werkins, diamond merkins, staggered right and then left. That was fun....let's do all of that again.
Mosey back towards Basketball Courts....hold on, let's stop and do a burpee apocalypse.
Continue moseying to basketball court where we would spend the remainder of the morning
Rinse and repeat Exercises included:
1) contra burpee broad jump length of court and then back. Rinse and Repeat
2) 20 squats, lunge to half court, 20 squats, lunge rest of court, 20 squats. Rinse and repeat
3) 20 merkins, bear crawl to half court, 20 merkins, bear crawl rest of court, 20 merkins. Then Rinse and repeat that.
4) 20 diamond merkins, bear crawl half court, 20 diamond merkins, bear crawl rest of court and 20 merkins.
5) Burpee apocalypse with suicide run - 10 burpees and run to other side of court and back. 9 burpees and run, all the way down to 1.
There might have been more in here. It was all a blur at this point and Braddock, Lump and I were having pretty good conversation throughout.
Circle up for Captain Thor - went 1 minute late but completed it.
