(OYO) BACs, Back BACs, Good Mornings, Willie Mays Hayes Mosey to the far fields Pick a step and partner up - 140 jump ups, 140 derkins, 140 squats ... partner run and switch out. 140 dips on your own. The dips were not a good idea, that was my bad - but I guess you're over it. Mosey to lower track

Exercises in 4 stations (said with early pubescent voice) with varying mode of transportation between stations.

1 - 14 xxx- politician to next station

2 - 14 Merkins - crab walk to next station

3 - 14 Jump ups - run to next station

4 - 14 Burpees - bear crawl back to first station Mosey back to start Circle up for some core exercises (I hope I get all these right), all in cadence

- 14 American Hammers

- 14 Flutter Kicks

- 14 American Hammers

- 14 Leg Lifts

- 14 American Hammers

- 14 Slow Ass Merkins


We done! Great job ... see you on the 21st. Any thoughts on how many reps we might be doing on the majority of the exercises? Prayers for Bella Hromadka and prayers for Sela Vaughn.
