27 PAX - Too many to remember. You know if you were there, or if you were not….
0543 the CSAUP Monday crowd emerges from the death start, all smiles. Must have been a lot of fun. PAX gather and stretch to start out the week right.
0545 – no FNG’s? Alright, let’s go.
WoR
10 Burpees – Mosey with 10 DSJ speed bump around the field.
Crawl bear up the stairs of the Amphitheater, continue to the top of the Death Star.
Line up for 21’s. It’s become my thing. Silent count SSH (ic) to 21. Must maintain synchronization and finish in unison.
First round we made it to “six” – Get 10 Burpees
Second round had a terrible finish – get 10 Burpees
Third round also had room for improvement – you’re lucky we’re pushed for time.
THANG
Partner up and mosey down a level.
10x10 merkins. Each partner does 10 sets of 10 merkins - alternate partner after each 10 reps - PAX cannot comprehend this, next time I’ll draw a picture.
Mosey to some clean ledge for 11’s (Burp-up’s and Plank Jacks. Bear crawl/Crawl bear for mode of transportation)
MARY (Extended)
Mosey to the grassy knoll next to the putting green (Thanks Shoota!) for 9-10 minutes of MARY
9 ab exercises for 45 seconds each, 15 seconds of rest. MC was LIT during Mary. My Abs we burning just as much as my ears.
MOLESKIN
Always a pleasure to lead such a dedicated, great group of men. It’s been awesome to watch the numbers grow this summer and I encourage everyone to push themselves each and every workout. You get out what you put in. Push each other, encourage each other and continue to spread the word of what we’re all about.
