Mosey over to the picnic tables for a round of 40s (dips/jump ups).

Move to the parking lot for Constant Motion (1/2/3 min of continuous activity…karaoke R/L, politician, sprint forward, and burpees on ‘down’)

Back to the tables for round of 40s with derkins/irkins.

Move to the parking lot for 2 min of SSH and 2 burpees on ‘down’.

Mosey back to launch point for 40s with jump squats and merkins.

2 minutes of High Knees with burpees on ‘down’.

Circle up for Mary…Flutter Kicks (25, 20, 15, 10, 5), Dting Cockroaches, Alabama prom dates, LBCs.
