Politician down the "hill", Leg raises (10), Mountain Climbers (20), Low bear crawl, then sprint back to the top.... LBC and wait.
Mini Mosey
Pax lined up in the grass and did 1 minute low plank, followed by Nolan Ryan's (10). High plank and Nolan Ryan's on the other side. 5 burpees.
