Friday the 13th...

Pax: Shoota, Maytag, Braddock, Poodle, Tuna, Chyna, Foosball, Goon (FNG), HackFace, Lump, Cajon, Wilson, DeLorean, OT, Butterfly, Macaroni, Dukey, Shampoodle (Hoser, ClickBait, Waterboy present for pre-ruck, strong work guys)


19 pax defeated the sweet sounds of the fartsack sirens to post at Firepit this AM to get better, together. Conditions were well...humid AF...but that cant stop, and wont stop us. Proud of these dudes and how they are stretching themselves...some gathered for a pre-ruck and then a pre-party of 10 burpees on the minute for 10 minutes. Straight up BeastMode. But we all know the pax showed up for the main event...so YHC is gonna give it to them.


Circle up for a proper disclaimer for the FNG and giggles by the pax. Some rumblings that Dr. Claw texted and asked us to wait for him...


Warm-o-rama consisting of: 15x SSH, 10x BACs (f/b), 10x Beatle Baileys, 15x Mountain Climbers, 10x Slow ass merkins, 10x WMH OYO, and last but certainly not least...5x Good Mornings OYO...need I stress the OYO? Or are we all on the same page now?


Let's get ready to rumble...still more giggles about Dr. Claw....but no Dr. Claw.


Main Thang....


Contra Burpees to 10 (burpee w/ 1 merkin, burpee w/2 merkins, etc....up to 10).


At this point, DeLorean is very concerned with everyone's form because of the length of time it took others to complete this...faster than him. YHC took note of form Delorean, no worries. Penance will be paid. Other solid MC chatter consisted of what YHC believes to be a death threat directed the Q (investigation pending), some mid-wife noises by OT, the usual.


And, back down....burpees with 10 merkins, burpee with 9 merkins, etc.


And we're moseying...other side of the school for some 1/2/3 minute movement drill to keep the blood flowing.

We're moseying again...over to the playground...


3 rounds of 10x swerkins, 10x dips, 10x pull-ups, and 10x derkins. 50 LBCs in between each round and at the end.


Moseying back to launch point for some pseudo partner work...Q calls out exercises...one pax does exercise while other runs length of lot....flap jack. Exercises consisted of: burpees, rockstars, jump squats, and 180 burpees.


Circle of for 1 MOM....YHCs Fav (second only to Good Mornings!)...Flutter Kicks 30x IC


Count-o-rama, name-o-rama, BOM....we out!


Y'all done got murdered....


Moleskin...

1. SO.MUCH.GROWTH....not only in the quantity of the pax, but more importantly, the quality of the pax. We are doing some GREAT things...and things that we should all be proud of. I pray these things continue.

2. Our leadership board is top notch...'nuff said. We have men of genuine character looking out for the good of the pax.

3. Pushing Limits....holy smokes. Cant stop, wont stop. Workouts have to turned to not just the main event...but pre parties, pre-pre parties, post parties. Some of you studs cant get enough. I am in awe.
