Thanks for the opportunity to lead and for bearing with me on my V-Q. I appreciate this community of men, the workouts keep me physically tested, while the examples you set keep me challenging as a man (husband, father, son, in business, basically all the roles we play in life). I waited too long for my first Q. Thanks for your patience in me gaining confidence to do so.
Announcements: The Fittest Challenge this Saturday, show up to support F3 Franklin! There is a 5am workout for all others prior to. So, show up at 5am, workout, then cheer on our brothers!
