I rolled up at 6:20 and didn’t see anyone else on this dark cold morning. I thought maybe I’ll join the ranks of Shoota and have a solo Q. Then the Mother Ruckers, and everyone else Showed up. Double Digits. No Solo Q today
we started off with 10 burpee, 10 side straddle hops, 10 Good Mornings, and 10 Willy May Hays.
Time to Ad lib. We went on a jog around the trail stopping to do 10 burpees at various intervals. When we reached the pull up bar we switched it up and did 5 pull ups and flutter kicks during the wait. But otherwise jogging and burpees until back to the parking lot.
Next we did the push up wave up to 10 push ups. Followed by the Al Gore wave with 10 Squats first round, 20 the second, and thirty the third.
This was followed by two rounds of bear crawl ring of fire but we almost did bear crawl tag. It was real close to doing bear crawl tag.
We then ran to the end of the parking lot and back doing 30 merkins, 50 squats, and 100 LBCs.
Go to the playground for 3 rounds of 5 pull ups and 10 burpees. Did over a 100 burpees today.
On back to the parking lot garden for 50 jump ups and 50 dips.
Finish out with 10 sprints.
Thanks for allowing me to lead today and helping with the F3 vocabulary.
It is the people who make F3 Franklin Great. We push one each other, hold one another accountable, are there for one another, and as a result help create a better community. In the words of Olive Garden, “When you’re here, you’re family”. And that’s how I feel at each F3 event.
