5x shoulder raises hold and slide right, 5x left, 5x right, 5x left (weighted) 15x jumping jack shoulder height with weights 15x jumping jack press with weights

3 rounds 2 min each (straight punches, uppercuts, presses, hooks) (weighted)


Parter Up


20x ledge situps with alternating weighted punch on 20 hold and tap stomach for 10 seconds then stretch arms all the way and hold for 10 sec, switch 20x leg lifts with partner pushing legs down, switch

I just wanted to thank everyone for letting me lead today. If you have any suggestions on how to improve or toughen up any of the exercises done today, I'm all ears. Generally I am not a very social person so leading a group like this is not something I do often. Being part of this group is a welcome change. Thank you all for pushing and encouraging, when I grow up I want to be as tough as you all!
