• Sets of exercises, 30 count for each exercise with a 25 yard run in between them

  • Mountain Climbers, Jump Squats, WW2's

  • Alternating shoulder TAP's, Lunges, Overhead Arm Claps

  • Alabama Prom Dates, Monkey Humpers, Hello Dolly's

  • Bear Crawl and Crab Walk for a little

    • Indian Run split into two groups with an offer of a race back to the rec center. Dukey, Wilson, Bambi and yours truly Noble V won the unofficial race.

    • Partner up. AMRAP (Merkins, Squats, LBC's) while your partner runs to the other side of the parking lot and back

    • Mozy back to the start

• Popcorn style, started with Freddie Mercuries and let PAX pick an exercise as we went around the circle. Got in some inch worm merkins, GAS PUMPS, 6 inches, and merkins
