20 PAX attended a Battleground n pound and kept moving!
Foosball, Gig Em’, Hoser, Hot n Ready, Shoota, Pope, Sanctions, Ricearoni, Lump, Pre-K, Waterboy, Hackface, Maytag, Tortoise, Tiny Dancer, Poodle, Cajun, Loveboat, and Zima (FNG)
Pre-party: I did not make it in time for this, but it looked like burpees.
Warm up: stretches to include Good Mornings, WM Hayes, Deep Squat
Side shuttle hops
Imperial walkers
Plank set: Static high plank for 30 seconds, Sunrisers L/R x20, Plank Jacks
Squat Jumps
Shadow box: 1-2 combo x100, 1,2,3,4 combo (keep those hands up!)
Burpee ladder w/ box jump up the amphitheater seating
Spicoli until all in
Mosey to top floor of the garage
Suicide shuttle runs on parking lines
LBC until all in
Back to entry Floor for pull up 10-1 ladder capped off with static hold
Mosey back to the flag.
