An Open Letter to Mac

Dear Mac,

I trust you are settling in well with your northern friends and colder weather.

We returned to Macaroni Hill for the first time since your farewell.

Unfortunately and to our surprise, our conditioning has regressed.

Some of the men seemed more interested in watching the sunrise than claiming the Hill!

We must do better…we will do better…I trust in our resiliency.

A few men stood out:

  • Movin On Up was clearly the fastest on Macaroni Hill Sprints

  • Noble Virus is deceptively quick

  • and Shocker's level of conditioning demands respect

We will train harder and return another day to accelerate up Macaroni Hill.
