A crisp morning as the men of F3 Franklin rose to the challenge of Foos’ VQ. Iron Sharpening Iron with the closing words, capping a great partnered workout.

Warm Up

⁃ lap around loop

⁃ (3 sets) Fast footwork on the bottom of amphitheater (10 ea)

⁃ High plank with alt twists - 10 ea side


Death Star (Dora modified)

⁃ 2nd level

⁃ 200 Squats, partner take a lap, on completion, next level

⁃ 3rd level

⁃ 200 push ups, partner take lap, next floor once done

⁃ 4th level

⁃ 150 jump squats, partner take a lap, next floor when done

⁃ 5th level

⁃ 100 burpee pull ups, partner take lap, next floor when done

⁃ 6th level

⁃ 300 WW2, partner take lap.
