The PAX split up, two groups on each side of the green space. Work together with your partner to compete all the exercises while each 2-man team rotates carrying Pete overhead from one side to the other. 10 skull crushers with Pete to begin.

Catch Pete if You Can

2-man teams alternate carrying Pete around the paved trail. The other PAX complete 10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 merkins, and 10 LBC's then run together to catch Pete. Rotate teams who carry Pete, everyone completes the 10-10-10-10 exercises every time Pete is caught.

Doras With the Block Brothers

Time is running out so we modified......

Teams rotate carrying the F3 Block Brothers across the bridge over the Harpeth, other teams work to complete Doras of 50 leg lifts, 100 hand release merkins, and 100 seal claps.

Mosey back for a really short MARY and COT

PAX lie side by side for flutter kicks while moving Pete over head from one end to the other.
