Option 1 - 3-4 mile run with HackFace and House Arrest
Option 2 - coupon (weights, rucks, sand bags, cinder blocks, medicine balls) circuit with YHC, Shocker, Wilson and Scud Row.

Partner up for this exercise
Partner 1 - bear crawl the length of the hill to the concession stand. Every three "bear crawl steps" do 3 merkins. All the way to the top, sprint back down.
Partner 2 - complete 40s on the bars by parking lot of dips and derkins. (30 dips, 10 derkins and so on, always adding up to 40).
Goal was to try to complete the 40s before your partner got back, not sure many were able.

Wilt Chamberlains - or Nubbies now that Noble virus wants to be F3 Franklin's accountant. Do 10 merkins, crab walk halfway, 10 merkins, crab walk to other end and complete 20 merkins. Come back using Walk Crab, stopping half way to complete 10 merkins, then 10 more merkins at the end.

Somewhere in here YHC added 10 burpees because Noble wants to do a full audit of the counting system. In fact, just keep doing burpees for awhile. 10 more burpees. 10 more burpees. Now finish your exercise.

At this point I asked for prayer requests or celebrations. Let's not always focus on the needs but also give thanks for the blessings. We had two celebrations today, 1) Import's parents have recovered from a sickness, and 2) Flava has started a new business, a roofing company, so if you have roofing needs he is your guy!
Prayer Request - Import's parents are healthy, so now they are headed out on a mission trip. Pray for their safety and guidance as they do the Lord's work.
Moleskin - I talked to the pax about what impact F3 can have and how it helps each and every one of us. We meet 5-6 times a week and enjoy something that all of us hold dear. There is no tangible price, membership fees don't exist. But, there is a cost; sweat, effort, passion and service. To go one step further, there is also the need to lead. Our entire mission is to reinvigorate male community leadership. If we fail at doing that, then we've failed our purpose. That includes men stepping up to Q. The calendar is open, sign up.
