Another quick mosey to the football field...hurry up men!
Burpee broad jump the length of the football field, low plank for the 6.
Bear crawl to the 50 yard line, crab walk the rest of the way. Plank and wait.
Stay in line, Indian run off the football field over to the playground. Confusion sets in...what is the Q trying to do? Come on men...stay in the line and start Indian running...eventually we get it. Q calls an audible, last man leaves when the other man gets half way...keep pushing yourselves! Lots of sprinting going on today.
Arrive at the playground...count off in 2's. Circuit time. Group 1 does 10 pull-ups while group 2 does 20 dips. Rotate. Rinse and repeat.
Change it up, group 1 does 10 pull-ups while group 2 does squats...Q keeps yelling to get deeper, deeper, eventually someone takes the liberty of "Thats what she said"...finally we've got some MC! Only took 30 minutes. We need you BloodClot...we need you!
A couple more cycles and variations, but clearly the pull-up form is struggling, time to move on. Quick mosey to the track!
Group 1 does 10 merkins, politician up the hill, 10 diamond merkins, then bear crawls down the hill. Group 2 sprints the straightaway, lunges the corner, sprints the straightaway, bear crawls the corner. Rotate!
Back to the shovel flag, but first politician up the hill again. Speedy jog back to the flag where we find our brother Spicoli! YES! Welcome back to the gloom brother!

Right on time...we arrive for the HUGE announcement. The leadership of F3 Franklin sees a future that won't be easy to achieve, but no goal should be. Our comfort zone will become non-existent as we push forward with the ambitious goal of recruiting 150 FNGs by the end of the year! Join the Movement men, the time is now! Gig'em, Shoota, Waterboy and Spicoli outlined a vision that includes new AO's that could include weightlifting, swimming, yoga (stretching), running, rucking, afternoon workouts and something for the PAX to do 6 days a week in a variety of forms and times. Our community deserves it, we deserve it and more importantly the men who don't even know it, deserve it. We can't do this, unless we go find the men of Franklin who need F3. They're sitting at home on a couch, or in some gym across town pondering why the feel unfulfilled, unchallenged and unable to connect. F3 Franklin is free and we're ready to give it away! Give it away to any man willing to commit to a better version of himself. Any man willing to sacrifice the sweat and pain that comes along with fulfilling your full potential. Destined is the man who dares to live greatly, for he will find the fruits of his labor abound. Every man today stepped up this morning and committed to finding one FNG in the next month.
