Disclaimer - Push yourself, but don't hurt yourself. We're cutting out 5 minutes early for a HUGE announcement so push yourself early and often! I'm aiming to keep the heart rate up so we won't be slowing down along the way...keep moving men.

Mosey - and by mosey I mean nearly sprint to the stadium area. There will be no moseying today.


Thang;

20 jump ups, 20 derkins

20 jump ups, 20 dips

Rinse and repeat....quickly!


Before departing let's honor our man Spicoli. It's been quite some time since we did Spicoli's, everyone get on the ledge and do 40! Love ya Spicoli, keep fighting brother!


Another quick mosey to the football field...hurry up men!


Burpee broad jump the length of the football field, low plank for the 6.

Bear crawl to the 50 yard line, crab walk the rest of the way. Plank and wait.


Stay in line, Indian run off the football field over to the playground. Confusion sets in...what is the Q trying to do? Come on men...stay in the line and start Indian running...eventually we get it. Q calls an audible, last man leaves when the other man gets half way...keep pushing yourselves! Lots of sprinting going on today.


Arrive at the playground...count off in 2's. Circuit time. Group 1 does 10 pull-ups while group 2 does 20 dips. Rotate. Rinse and repeat.


Change it up, group 1 does 10 pull-ups while group 2 does squats...Q keeps yelling to get deeper, deeper, eventually someone takes the liberty of "Thats what she said"...finally we've got some MC! Only took 30 minutes. We need you BloodClot...we need you!


A couple more cycles and variations, but clearly the pull-up form is struggling, time to move on. Quick mosey to the track!


Group 1 does 10 merkins, politician up the hill, 10 diamond merkins, then bear crawls down the hill. Group 2 sprints the straightaway, lunges the corner, sprints the straightaway, bear crawls the corner. Rotate!


Back to the shovel flag, but first politician up the hill again. Speedy jog back to the flag where we find our brother Spicoli! YES! Welcome back to the gloom brother!


Moleskin - The Future!

Right on time...we arrive for the HUGE announcement. The leadership of F3 Franklin sees a future that won't be easy to achieve, but no goal should be. Our comfort zone will become non-existent as we push forward with the ambitious goal of recruiting 150 FNGs by the end of the year! Join the Movement men, the time is now! Gig'em, Shoota, Waterboy and Spicoli outlined a vision that includes new AO's that could include weightlifting, swimming, yoga (stretching), running, rucking, afternoon workouts and something for the PAX to do 6 days a week in a variety of forms and times. Our community deserves it, we deserve it and more importantly the men who don't even know it, deserve it. We can't do this, unless we go find the men of Franklin who need F3. They're sitting at home on a couch, or in some gym across town pondering why the feel unfulfilled, unchallenged and unable to connect. F3 Franklin is free and we're ready to give it away! Give it away to any man willing to commit to a better version of himself. Any man willing to sacrifice the sweat and pain that comes along with fulfilling your full potential. Destined is the man who dares to live greatly, for he will find the fruits of his labor abound. Every man today stepped up this morning and committed to finding one FNG in the next month. Find your passion, find your reason, find your commitment and JOIN THE MOVEMENT! #Franklin150 is born!

6:28am – QiC rolls in after stopping to get coffee and donuts RIGHT on time. Can’t think of a better way to start a beautiful, crisp Saturday morning.


Warm-O-Rama:

20 SSH in cadence

20 Slow Count Merks in cadence

Arm stretches (OYO) – Front shoulder pulls, overhead tricep pulls


The THANG:

Q provides a brief rundown of the plan for the morning, and off we go…


(15min) Indian run around 1mi loop w/speed bump for some muscle failure +3 partner assisted pull ups


(35min) Circuit – teams of 2pax/ea, 6x stations, 2min ea station, 30sec between, 2 full rotations


Stations include:

Station 1 (abs) = partner assisted sit ups (1min ea)

Station 2 (upper body) = merkins

Station 3 (lower body) = 2x jumping jacks + kick

Station 4 (abs) = Side plank leg kicks/toe touches

Station 5 (upper body) = walking planks

Station 6 (lower body) = broad jump w/3 small jumps backs


A few minutes to spare = Finish strong w/Macaroni’s (in)famous partner bear crawl relay!

Blessed to start the weekend w/a great bunch of HIM’s that push and challenge me w/every interaction. Saturdays at Armada are what F3 is all about! Thanks fellas!

Beautiful morning for an F3 beat down... My intentions were to push and for all of us to come out of this feeling like we've got our money's worth, but we came out the gate a little shaky with my cadence issues... Unknowingly Shoota had my back and we got through it despite Lump's hatred for professional basketball... Also shout out to FnG (Stirrups) for jumping in.

7 exercises, 7 reps each and a lap around the school. Rinse and repeat 7 times….

The 7 Exercises chosen prior to lap - Groiners, Surfees, 4 is 1 Freddie Mercury’s, 4 is 1 American hammers, gas pumps, mountain climbers, Merkins then lap x 7


Out of time so finished the 7th round of exercises and ran back to the parking lot for a half lap... Wall of Jericho attempt number two still not completed but much closer than the last time.
