Ok - 530 and 4 for Pre -Bartmania/Sanctum/Lumpinator/Turtlepants


545 and a bunch more PAX holding forth... yay. short warmorama on the duck deck


Modified Spartan 300. Did sprints (loop on top of Death Star) plus burpees x10ish and ab exercise between each sprint. Did 12 rounds - last 3 were packed as one due to time.

AO: Armada Pax: Hooser, Shoota, Maytag, Bartman, Braddock, Dookie, Stirrups, Pope, Hackface, Hot n Ready, OT, Scudrow, Dr. Claw (QIC) Decided to start off with some warmups and stretching. Gotta make sure we are ready to go. Tried out something new... the Alligator walk. its basically walk in a plank position and do a pushup with each movement forward. Up and Back once was enough of that. The GAMES Shall begin... Corn Hole ... Divide into two teams. Each person gets to toss a bag at the board. There were different exercises for making it, hitting the board, and missing completely.The team had to do the exercises together. Initially, the exercise for missing the board completely was burpees but this was changed to Merkins. Or otherwise we would of broken the burpee record. The other team basically did situps because they made it each time. Best of 5. 3-0 sweep Bear Crawl Dodge Ball... same teams. Have to bear crawl while playing Dodge ball with the bean bags. If you get out have to do flutter kicks. Best of 5. This was much closer series than the Corn Hole game as it went to a game 5. Capture the Bean Bags...Capture the flag rules. have to retrieve bean bags from the other side and bring it back to your side without being tagged. Could only pass backwards. Let us take this weekend to enjoy the unofficial start of summer but more importantly remember all those who gave their lives so we may live free. As a history nerd there were close battles in our nations history that may have ended differently if not for those brave souls. May their memories be eternal. Always a great time with you all. Beautiful Wednesday morning...YHC was pumped for the Q...gonna keep them moving this AM. Roll up with an FNG in tow...to my delight...see 2 more FNGs as well! We are well on our way to #Franklin150.


Circle up for disclaimer, and warm-o-rama...SSH 20X, 10x Slow Ass Merkins, 15x Mountain Climbers, and of course...5 Good mornings OYO.


Time to mosey...over to the Franklin Cowboys football field...but along the way...speed bump at one of the sets of baseball stands for 40s with Jump Ups and Derkins.


Continue mosey to field...line up on sideline...oldie but goodie...Bartman classic...


1/2/3 minute continuous movement exercise. Politician/Sprint Forward/Karaoke Right/Karaoke Left and 2 (or more) burpees called at Q command. BURPAAAAYYYSS!!


Always a crowdpleaser...


Time for DORA 1-2-3...partner up. Run the length of field while partners switch off exercises....100 hand release merkins, 200 big boy situps, 300 squats.


Mosey back to launch point and wrap up with Contra Burpees up to 5 (ascending merkins with each burpee).
