Below are the days of the week and sites, along with with driving directions and event information for each. We give each of our workout locations its own name; Little Jimmy, Battleground, The Jimmy, The Rat, Stonehenge, Firepit and Armada. Join us for one, two or all!
Check our twitter feed for any changes to the workout schedule. Occasionally, on Saturdays we may have a convergence with F3 Nolensville or WARPATH (our CSAUP event).
Mon, Wed, Fri and Saturday are boot camp style workouts with some cardio included. The Thursday workout is a run. We cover 5 miles at varying paces.
