10 Reps of 4 exercises w/a lap in descending order (9 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps, and so on...). PAX plank and wait until the everyone has completed their lap.

On laps 6 through 9 we sprinted the straights and walked the curves (Fartleks). On lap 10 we split off in to multiple groups and raced the last two straight aways.
Before leaving the "track" we paid a little tribute to TopSpin with a variation of the "Knock Out Punch". 10 steps crawl bear up the hill, with 2 merkins for every 10 steps...This always kicks my tail!
